Ordering

Compass orders will take approximately 10 Business days (Monday through Friday) after your payment is processed. Please allow 10 business days before inquiring on the status of your order. Your compass receipt will be included with your order and declination information.

Shipping

Domestic

Continental United States orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail and include an email notification with your tracking number.

International

Overseas shipments are shipped USPS First Class and include an email notification with your tracking number. Tru Nord Compass is not liable for any parcels lost or stolen after leaving the United States in International transit.

Geo Compensation

Your Tru-Nord Compass is compensated in the USA by shipping address Zip Code and by Longitude and Latitude for the rest of the world in order to provide a corrected “Grid North” for map navigation. Compasses can be set to Magnetic North per customer request. Just place request in “Instructions to Merchant” on PayPal order or email request following your Credit Card processing through PayPal.

Should you want your geo compensation changed just mail your Tru-Nord Compass to the address below. Be sure to specify the Zip Code or location Longitude/Latitude to where your Tru-Nord Compass will be used and please enclose $10.00 in check or money order for postage.

Warranty Repair or Replacements

Tru-Nord Compass has a Lifetime Replacement Warranty regardless of cause of compass failure. Tru-Nord will repair or replace your compass at our option providing the compass has not be altered. Replacement and Repair is only available to current models. Return your compass to Tru-Nord Compass by USPS and be sure to include

  1. Name
  2. Address
  3. Email address
  4. Phone Number
  5. Check or money order in the amount of $10.00.
