Fulfillment of compass orders will take approximately 10 Business days (Monday through Friday) PLUS Holidays after your payment is processed. Please allow 10 business days before inquiring on the status of your order.

Domestic

Continental United States orders are shipped USPS First Class International Mail and include an email notification with your tracking number. After ordering please add gayle@trunord.com to your contact list to eliminate your order information being sent to your SPAM file.

International to Canada only.

Tru Nord Compass is not liable for any parcels lost or stolen after leaving the United States in International transit.

Your Tru-Nord Compass is compensated by shipping address Zip Code in the USA and by Longitude and Latitude for the rest of the world, in order to provide a corrected “Grid North”. Compasses can be set to Magnetic North per customer request.  You will see an option to specify your preferred compensation, when placing the order, on the shipping and payment screen.  Alternatively, just drop me an email at gayle@trunord.com after placing your order.

Should you want your geo compensation changed or to have warranty work done on your compass just mail your Tru-Nord Compass to the address below. Be sure to specify the Zip Code or location Longitude/Latitude to where your Tru-Nord Compass will be used or request Magnetic North.  

Please enclose a $25.00 Warranty Replacement Fee by check, cash or money order with your compass return.

Tru-Nord Compass has a Lifetime Replacement Warranty (No Repairs) regardless of the cause of compass failure. Tru-Nord will replace your compass providing the compass has not been altered. Replacements are only available from our currently produced models. 

 Please enclose a $25.00 warranty fee by check, cash or money order with your compass. Return your compass to Tru-Nord Compass by USPS and be sure to include:
